Played this course in the off-season over Veteran's Day, very fair price as I got off-season and senior rate. There are no boring holes. The par 5's are exceptional, and all different. You will find more trees on the front, more open feel on the back, hardly any houses at this point although the course is set up for development. Get out and play it before there's too much construction! I don't know what else Faldo has designed, but this is an exceptional job. It has many holes with a links feel, starting with the short par 4 second where Faldo set a big waste area between the end of the landing area and the green. I liked the back 9 better only because it wanders through areas without any visible signs of anything but golf course. The course has strategic water, and a lot of elevation change. I think the 8th and 15th, both par 5s, are as good as any 5s you will ever play. This course was under Marriott management when I played it, but that has changed for 2008, and apparently the housing development portion is on hold, so I'd recommend you get to it and play it this season while it is still largely undeveloped and slightly raw.
